About Us

The Outstanding Beers brewery has been set up as a collaboration between, Paul Sandiford, Glen Woodcock and David Porter.

• Paul – Solicitor by profession – he is the brains of the operation
• Glen – a veteran of over 40 brewery installations represents the backbone of the organisation
• Dave – former head brewer at The Porter Brewing Co Ltd brings a wealth of interesting experience to the proceedings.

About the Brewery

The  brewery is set up as two systems running side by side.

The main plant is a 15 barrel operation with a 2.5 barrel system running in parallel. The smaller system is for small production runs and for experimental brews.

Built as completely versatile and adaptable systems, ales and lagers can be produced as well as being able to use whole hops type 90 pellets or both.

All malt is milled to our exacting specifications on site.

The brewery went into production in April 08 with ambitious plans and a full range of beers is now available.
